I watched The Bengal Files yesterday and I still can't stop thinking about it. This film is made with a lot of passion, hard work and an immense research. Most of the scenes especially the ones which take you between 1946-47 are so well crafted that you feel the pain of the innocent people who experienced the violence in Kolkata and Noakhali. 

All the actors have done a very fine job especially Pallavi Joshi, who is definitely the soul of this film.

What to say about the direction of Vivek ji, he has once again done a great job and has very well crafted his film.

There are a couple of things could have been better such as a couple of long dialogues about "we the people of india" which seem a little repeatative and moving between present and past during some very crucial emotionally evoking scenes.

Overall a must watch. I will definitely going to watch it again.

What we heard from our grandparents & older relatives in our childhood is truly shown in this movie...Their narration to us was exactly visualised in this film...They had suffered the Pre & Post Independence chaos...Their entire life got turmolised...They were freedom fighters...So they suffered a lot along with their familes...They had to leave their entire property & business & start new way from Zero...because in exchange they just got 10-15% of property after shifting...Our parents were Kids during Partition...As their parents were dragged down Economically...our parents had a hard struggling childhood...

Director deserves a big Applaud as he captured the incidents in such a real way...Camera work is Awesome...The Artists casting is too perfect...Every one has given fantastic & realistc performance...Art Direction is so Authentic.. .

In a whole good team work...showing facts of Pre & Post Partion with fusion of Present day Demographic situation...
